Seven stages that eliminate guesswork.
BRIDGES is Numun's proprietary venture development framework, built from our own work taking Asian technology companies into Gulf and Asian markets. We do not just consult. We build the infrastructure for you to cross into new markets.
Founders progress between stages on a documented gate review, never on elapsed time. Every stage produces a defined artefact, which is what makes progress inspectable rather than asserted.
Why Startup SG Founder runs B, R, I and D
A first time founder in year one does not need a Series A framework. They need to find out whether the business is real.
Diagnostics and truth. Founder and idea audit, problem validation, customer discovery, market sizing and competitor teardown.
Gate 1: Validated problem statement, evidenced market size, signed founder commitment.
Strategic blueprint. Business model design, pricing, unit economics, an 18 month financial model and a milestone plan with named owners and dates.
Gate 2: Approved roadmap, financial model, defined proof of concept success criteria.
Legal, banking and compliance. Cap table hygiene, IP assignment, corporate banking, contract templates and data protection.
Gate 3: Clean cap table, executed IP assignment, banking live, contract templates in place.
First customers and commercial traction. Pipeline build, warm introductions, pilot structuring, pricing negotiation and conversion to paid.
Gate 4: Proof of concept and proof of value evidenced by SGD 250,000 achieved, or alternatively up to SGD 1,000,000 in SAFE or loan financing.
Gearing, Execution and Scale
Baseline and Roadmap establish the truth and the plan, Infrastructure makes the company bankable and contractable, and Deals proves that somebody will pay. The remaining three stages stay available to graduating founders, but they are not conditions of the grant and are not delivered inside the 12 months.
